Christina Swieson began her dance training at Radomile Academy of Dance at the age of 9. Under the instruction of Linda Radomile, Nancy Page and Tim Early, Christina focused her ballet training and joined the Radomile Academy of Dance Junior Ballet Company in 2003. Christina continued dancing with the Senior Ballet Company as a Soloist until 2017 with the birth of her son. She has performed many lead roles in Radomile's Nutcracker performances including Sugar Plum Fairy, Snow Queen, Clara, and Arabian. She has also performed many lead roles in Radomile's Spring Show including Nancy Page's Never Ending Road and Colors. Christina has had the opportunity to study at the summer programs of the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet and the Brandywine Ballet and danced as a member of the Brandywine Ballet Company and Brandywine Ballet Theater during high school. While pursuing her B.A. in Political Science from Eastern University, Christina had the opportunity to study ballet under the direction of Dr. Joselli Deans, former dancer with the Dance Theatre of Harlem, and Yoga and Pilates instruction under the direction of Dr. Christina Jackson. Christina has been teaching at Radomile Academy of Dance since 2009.
